CarterFoot : Origins
CarterFoot began as an experiment in the field of Biochemical Synthesis in the mid-1990s by a private sector, formerly known as the Gloon Corporation. The experiments were shut down almost immediately upon exposure to the public eye in 2007, due to the fundamentally cruel nature of what was then an innately crude field of science. The United States government quickly brushed any and all traces of the CarterFoot experiments under the rug, leaving Carter Lenkus, a mere boy of twelve, to fend for himself on the streets.

At CarterFoot, we have dedicated our lives to raising public awareness of the CarterFoot tragedy of 1995 and the aftermath that it left in its wake. We urge all of our patrons to pledge their names to our creed;
"that we would hold our government responsible its actions."
The CarterFoot organization is an art-based awareness campaign for the fair treatment of Carter and the Foot. Our aim is to one day assimilate the two into every day life as completely normal participants in society. Help us achieve our goal by donating to the CarterFoot fund, and watch as we rally for Carter's revenge and citizenship for the Foot!
